Title

To Make Children Of Members Of The Uniformed Services Eligible To Receive A Scholarship Under The Succeed Scholarship Program.

Description

PFPS Summary: This bill adds children of military families, including those who are part of the National Guard and US Public Health Corps, to the list of children eligible for Arkansas' existing voucher program for students in foster care and children with disabilities, but gives the latter group priority over military children if insufficient funds exist in the program for all applicants.
