Description

PFPS Summary: SC H3591 would ask voters to decide on whether to amend the state constitution to repeal Section 4, Article XI of the State Constitution which prohibits public funding of private schools. That constitutional provision was recently the basis of a state supreme court decision striking down a state voucher program.
