Title

Relative to eligible students in the education freedom account program.

Description

PFPS Summary: NH HB464 expands eligibility for New Hampshire's education savings account voucher program, which is currently limited to students whose family income is less than or equal to 300% of the federal poverty guidelines, to also include: children in foster care, homeless youth, English learners, students with disabilities, student with "a documented approved manifest educational hardship," children of migratory agricultural workers or fishers, children with parents serving in the military or National Guard, students attending persistently dangerous or underperforming schools, persistently bullied students, and any student eligible for free and reduced price meals.
