Description
Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 59-63-45, Relating To Reimbursements For A Student Attending Another School District, So As To Provide That The Per Pupil Cost For A Student Attending A New School District In Order To Attend A Public Or Private School That Is Offering Five Days Each Week Of In-person Instruction, Must Be Transferred To The New School District Or Private School.
