Regards educator licenses for substitute teachers

Description

PFPS Summary: HB583 broadens eligibility for Ohio's EdChoice expansion voucher program to include sibilings of students who received vouchers in the current or prior year. The bill also removes any limits on the amount of voucher funding students receive if their family income moves above 250% of the federal poverty line. It also broadens eligibility criteria for private schools that want to participate in the EdChoice voucher program.
