Description
PFPS Summary: NH SB295 removes income eligibility requirements for the state's ESA voucher program. Under existing law, the program is capped at 10,000 students for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, but increases by 25% in subsequent years if the total number of applicants reaches 90% of the cap.
