Establish the Students with Special Needs Equal Opportunity Act

Description

PFPS Summary: HB 329 would create a new ESA program available to all students with disabilities in the state, regardless of income. ESAs could be used to pay for tuition or other educational expenses such as tutoring. The ESA would be funded directly out of local public school budgets and is in an amount based on state per-pupil funding levels.
