Description

PFPS Summary: H5164 makes all children in the state eligible for an existing voucher program, which previously had income limits and was limited to students entering elementary school. The bill also increases scope of the voucher program by (i) expanding the definition of qualifying expenses to include internet expenses, interdistrict transfer fees, school uniforms, and any consumables necessary to complete a curriculum and (ii) making public charter schools eligible to participate.
