Arizona empowerment scholarships accounts; revisions
Description
PFPS Summary: SB1452 expands Arizona's ESA voucher to an estimated over 700,000 new students, or two-thirds of Arizona's schoolchildren, by expanding eligibility criteria to students in the boundary of a Title I school (but not necessarily low income), and revising the requirement that a student spend 100 days in a public school to just 30 days in a public school to qualify.
