Anti-bullying and Anti-harassment in Schools
Description
PFPS Summary: Florida's S1218 would require that private schools participating in existing voucher programs adopt anti-bullying and harassment policies like those public schools are required to have and report bullying incidents to the state. It also would require private school principals or their designees to meet with students and their parent or guardian before they enroll to review information about the school, including bullying and harassment policies.
