Title
AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 49, relative to education freedom scholarships.
Description
As introduced, changes the reporting date, from June 30 to June 15, by which each private school must provide the results of the tests that are required to be administered to recipients of an education freedom scholarship to the office of research and education accountability in the office of the comptroller of the treasury. - Amends TCA Title 49.
