Description

PFPS Summary: SB 261 increases the maximum tax credit for donations to voucher-granting organizations from 50% with a cap of $50,000 to 100% with a cap of $100,000. The bill also extends the amount of time voucher-granting organizations can spend a donation from one calendar year to three.
